DO YOU OFFER DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKETS?
Thank you for thinking responsibly and, YES, we offer designated driver tickets. Designated driver tickets can be purchased online as an add-on to a drinking ticket. DD tickets are $10 and will always be available, regardless of whether or not the event is sold out. In order to qualify for a DD ticket, you must prevent valid 21+ year old ID and you must be accompanying a paying attendee. Please go to the box office before the session begins to purchase your DD tickets.
DO I HAVE TO BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE?
Yes. By law, everyone must be 21 years or older to attend this event. Children, toddlers, and babies are not allowed inside the festival grounds.
HOW MANY SAMPLES DO I GET?
The number of samples included is different at each event. Please check out the event page for the city you're interested in.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Unfortunately no. Children are NOT permitted within the festival space, this includes any Designated Drivers. Everyone who enters the event must be 21 years or older.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome.
WHEN IS LAST POUR?
Serving will stop 10 minutes prior to the event's conclusion.
I LOST MY ID, WHAT OTHER DOCUMENTATION IS ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF AGE?
If you cannot locate your driver's license, other forms of acceptable proof of age include your passport or other state issued ID.
WHAT IS THE EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY?
All ticket purchasers will be alerted via the e-mail provided at the time of purchase when an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Cancelled events will be fully refunded. For rescheduled events, if you are unable to make the new date then a full refund will be entitled. All refunds for those unable to make the rescheduled date must be requested prior to the original event date.
HOW WOULD I GET MY BAND TO PLAY AT YOUR EVENT?
We typically book our musical entertainment at least 6 months prior to the event. If the event is further out than 6 months, please email general details including pricing to info@americaontap.com
WHEN DOES THE BAND START PLAYING?
The band will start playing when the doors open.
2025 Update
** 2025 Update **
We want to let you know about an important change to this year's event. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, the 2025 Hudson River Craft Beer Festival will not be happening at People's Waterfront Park in Newburgh. We know this is disappointing news, as it's always been one of our favorite days of the year.
The good news? The festival isn't canceled-it's transforming! ?
On the same date and time, we'll be hosting the Harvest Jam Food Truck & Craft Beer Tasting at Barton Orchards in Poughquag, NY.
Your ticket is already valid for this event, and here's what you can look forward to:
- 35+ craft beer and cider tastings
- A wide variety of food trucks and local vendors
- Live music from Myles Mancuso, Jordan Stoner & Homegrown
- Family-friendly fun: apple picking, pumpkin patch, corn maze & haunted house
- Kids fun park & brand-new carousel
- Dog park (yes, dogs are welcome!)
- Famous cider donuts, apple cannons, farm market & more

If you purchased VIP tickets, you'll now receive a VIP Pack at Harvest Jam that includes:
•An exclusive event T-shirt
•A fresh pack of Barton Orchards' famous cider donuts
•Plus a few other surprises just for you!
VIP ticket holders can check in at the glassware table next to the sampling tents to pick up your VIP Pack.
Check-In Process:
Your Eventbrite ticket will not scan at Barton Orchards. Instead, your name will be on a guestlist at the entry gate. This guestlist will provide you with farm entry and a tasting ticket for the afternoon (12:30-5:30)-just like you would have experienced at the Hudson River Craft Beer Festival.
Purchasing Additional Tickets ?
If you'd like to bring friends or purchase additional tickets, you can do so online.
Select the Farm Admission Ticket for Saturday, Sept 27th. On the next screen, you'll have the option to add a Tasting Ticket if you'd like to participate in the craft beer tasting.
Getting to Barton Orchards by Train ?
If you were planning to travel by train for the Hudson River Craft Beer Festival (via Beacon), here's your new option: take the Harlem Valley Line to the Pawling station, then grab an Uber or local ride to Barton Orchards-about a 15-minute drive.

If you'd prefer not to attend Harvest Jam, you may request a refund directly through Eventbrite where you purchased your tickets.
Looking ahead, we're already working on the 2026 event and plan to make it even bigger and better.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?
Yes! Group discounts are available to groups of 10 or larger. Check out the ticketing page for the event you're looking to attend for special group ticket pricing.
HOW CAN A DUPLICATE TICKET PURCHASE CHARGE BE ADJUSTED?
If when checking out you received a notice that we were unable to process your payment, it's possible that the transaction was declined due to failed address verification. When this happens, your bank may still authorize the charge and therefore show in your bank account, but know that in this case the charge will not settle and should clear within a few business days.
I ALREADY BOUGHT MY TICKET. CAN A DISCOUNT CODE BE APPLIED?
Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
CAN I CHANGE MY TICKETS TO SESSION 2?
We are unable to switch tickets to a different session, but you are welcome to sell or give your tickets to someone and purchase the session you'd like to attend instead.
I LOST MY TICKET. CAN I GET IN WITH MY ID?
No, you must have a ticket in hand or on your phone with the unique barcode.
I DON'T DRINK BUT WOULD STILL LIKE TO ATTEND. DO YOU OFFER A NON-DRINKER TICKET?
Yes, Designated Driver tickets are $10 and can be purchased online as an add-on to a drinking ticket. Even if we are sold out in advance, DD tickets will still be available at the door.
ARE DISCOUNT CODES AVAILABLE?
We do offer a variety of discount codes via social media, email blasts, etc. But discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD THE BEER LIST
We've teamed up with the great people of Untappd to list all the beers at your festival on their app. Find the information on the Untappd app.
WHEN WILL THE BEER LIST BE PUBLISHED?
Typically the beer list is posted 7-10 days prior to the event.
A BREWERY THAT WAS ON YOUR WEBSITE WASN'T AT THE FESTIVAL. WHAT HAPPENED?
Unfortunately, sometimes life happens and breweries are unable to make it due to staffing shortages or scheduling issues.
WHY ISN'T MY FAVORITE BREWERY AT THE EVENT?
With our open brewery policy, all are invited! But sometimes they aren't available or we can't reach the right person. Feel free to pass along that their beer will be purchased and there's no fee at all for them to participate!
HOW DO I GET MY BREWERY INVOLVED?
We have an open brewery policy! We'll feature your brewery, purchase the beer and there's no table fee! Fill out our form right here with your information and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

WHAT DO VENDORS RECEIVE?
This varies for each event. But vendors will typically receive an 8 foot table and 2 chairs. Electricity is typically an additional charge.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF VENDORS YOU'LL ACCEPT?
This varies for each event depending on the size of the festival space.
HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR AT YOUR EVENT?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT MY VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENT?
You'll receive an email three weeks prior to the event and again the week of the event.
CAN I VOLUNTEER WITH MY FRIENDS?
Absolutely! Share the volunteer application link with your friends and we'll do our best to place you together.
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AS A VOLUNTEER?
You'll receive a t-shirt (sizes S-XL available) and a souvenir sampling glass.
WHAT WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AS A VOLUNTEER?
Volunteers will either be responsible for pouring, icing down beer or helping out at the gates.
